CEO Appointment
Bi-Bett is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has appointed Devan Cross to the role of permanent CEO, effective September 30, 2024. Devan had been the interim CEO since February. Devan brings a wealth of experience, with extensive accomplishments in revenue growth, personnel development, and increased customer satisfaction. He has led teams to provide better outcomes and reduce overall costs.

Prior to Bi-Bett, Devan spent 15 years with Managed Health Network (MHN), a California-based specialty managed care plan and behavioral health organization, where he was most recently the President & CEO. MHN was a subsidiary of Health Net and Centene, until it was dissolved as part of a corporate acquisition.
While CEO of MHN, he had P&L acsountability over all facets of the organization, where he grew revenue from $280M to $500M over his tenure. In his variety of other roles with MHN, he oversaw all service delivery for behavioral health and employee assistance program operations for over six million members. He also was accountable for overseeing operational coordination and managing efficiency projects across multiple departments during Affordable Care Act (ACA) implementation in the State of California. He was responsible for all operational aspects of the Military Family Life Counseling Program, a federal government program worth $1B in revenue.
Prior to MHN, Devan served as Director of Customer Relations with Pulte Homes, the third largest homebuilder in the US, and as a Consultant with global management consulting and professional services firm ZS Associates. Devan began his career as an Officer in the US Navy, where he was personally accountable for the safe navigation of a $400M warship with more than 200 personnel.
Devan earned a Master of Business Administration from University of California (Berkeley). He earned a Bachelor of Science, with Merit, in Political Science and General Engineering from the US Naval Academy.
