Devan has been the Bi-Bett CEO since February of 2024. Prior to Bi-Bett, Devan spent 15 years with Managed Health Network (MHN), a California-based specialty managed care plan and behavioral health organization, where he was most recently the President & CEO.
Devan has a diverse professional background, including consulting and homebuilding, and he began his career as an Officer in the US Navy, where he was personally accountable for the safe navigation of a $400M warship with more than 200 personnel.
Devan earned a Master of Business Administration from University of California (Berkeley). He earned a Bachelor of Science, with Merit, in Political Science and General Engineering from the US Naval Academy.
He is a native San Franciscan and lives in the Bay Area with his wife and two children.
Bi-Bett is Licensed by the Department of Healthcare Services to provide an array of SUD Treatment Services across the continuum of care
Bi-Bett is a member of the California Association of DUI Treatment Programs
Bi-Bett is a Certified Medi-Cal provider in California
