Telehealth is the delivery of health-related services via different communication mediums such as audio-only devices or both audio & video devices. Numerous studies have shown positive results when it comes to the virtual delivery of counseling or educational services via telehealth, and some even find that virtual education delivered to patients is at least comparable or even more effective than usual care.
This is why Bi-Bett is striving to engage our DUI participants through newer and more convenient communication mediums like secure video conferencing. Those who enroll at our programs will be given dial-in or video-conference information including meeting ID numbers and passcodes.
*At this time only some of our DUI programs are delivering education sessions by video conference. Others are coming soon!
