Red Carpet Event: A Huge Success

Bi-Bett hosted a Red Carpet event at its flagship facility, Diablo Valley Ranch, to celebrate the national release of its documentary episode on the Empowered Hosted by Meg Ryan public television series.

Attended by staff, alumni, partners, sponsors, family, friends, and local dignitaries, the event included a presentation that highlighted our facilities and recognized key figures in Bi-Bett’s history, dating back to its beginning in 1969. Attendees were treated to a guest speaker, a behind-the-scenes video, and the unveiling of a commercial that was created for the event and the documentary itself.

We also had a professional photographer, and photos can be viewed at Bi-Bett Corporation Event by Elizabeth Flores Photography. To access the gallery, use the following case-sensitive password: BiBett123!

“This was an incredible occasion for us to showcase the amazing staff we have, advocate for our exceptional programs, and to share the message that addiction is a disease, that it can be treated, and that recovery is possible,” stated Devan Cross, Bi-Bett’s Chief Executive Officer.

“I believe this is just the beginning of what it possible, for both Bi-Bett and the addiction treatment community at large. We are grateful to the Empowered Hosted by Meg Ryan series for shining a light on the struggles people face when afflicted by the disease of addiction. The financial cost is staggering, but the human cost can be just as devastating. We are proud of the success of our treatment programs, and we are elated that the conversation regarding addiction can be brought out of the shadows and can be shared at the national level. Recovery is possible. Help is available.”

“Our mission is to help individuals struggling with addiction by inspiring hope, empowering recovery, and building community. As a non-profit, we rely on the support of donors to expand the impact of our programs. The event was successful, not only for the fundraising, but also for continuing the conversation within our community.”

The Empowered clip, as well as the full documentary, is available on the Bi-Bett website, www.bibett.org. Additionally, Bi-Bett released an ad that spotlights the challenges of addiction and showcases Bi-Bett’s long history of successfully helping individuals and families reclaim their lives. The ad can also be seen on the company website.
