Bi-Bett provides inpatient perinatal services in a residential treatment setting, and tailors the program for pregnant and parenting mothers who are struggling with substance use disorders (SUD), including those currently dosing Methadone.

Women in our perinatal treatment setting have the flexibility of bringing their children (up to 5 years of age) with them to support the family, developing several real-world life skills such as parenting and coping skills.
Perinatal residential programs are available in both Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. The duration of a perinatal treatment stay varies, depending on one’s level of functioning and unique needs, but can range from 2 weeks to 3 months.
