Cathy Rodriguez

Director of Operations

Cathy joined Bi-Bett as its Operations & HR Director in 2019, with many years of professional experience in the behavioral health field. In her previous position as a Regional Director for a large Behavioral Health provider Cathy managed many programs including Dual-Diagnosed & Residential programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Northern California. Cathy has been a certified substance use disorder (SUD) counselor since 2006 and is excited to bring her expertise to Bi-Bett Corporation. As Director of Operations, Cathy is responsible for ensuring that operations function at an optimal level while also working to ensure that Bi-Bett has the necessary staffing to provide excellent treatment services to Bi-Bett clients.  Cathy adds much value to the Bi-Bett team on a daily basis and we are lucky to have her.
